Finally our 3 days 2 night camp have past.It thought me some sense of personal leadership qualities.Me, i was fortunate to group wth some cool friends in my team,who can be serious,playful and funny at times.We were called Green Hulk.Ash was our comedian who nvr stop to make us laugh.He even paint himself to become a green Hulk for the campfire performance and he simply makes our performance cool.Prem was our leader who does not only command n observe but he help the team in someways in solving problems.Dk was another friend who inspires me.He sacrifices his body and shoulder to help others in getting the goal of reaching the top.Raudha was our motivater who simply lead the team.There is one thing i'm proud of her,her sense of leadership skill,she nvr left anyone alone,friendly,not making decision by herself,give other apportunity to lead the team,praises each of her teamates and trust each of her teamates.A bad leader mostly think of his/herself,likes to follow by rank,likes to command the team,have their own click in a team,praises the team and not praise individual,abide team and think of other friends(not picking msg/call/or help teamates who has problem).A gd leader too nvr speak one word by one word, a good leader would cheer up a friend or his/her teamates in times of trouble.Two sentence i learn a there"ALWAYS PUT OTHERS INSTEAD OF U","THERE IS NO U IN A TEAM".Now tht i have learn and reflect,it makes me wonder if we can have a wonderful team like green hulk do.Even in times of conflict we still treat each other the same.Like what i observe,a conflict could only lead to anger and stress,but if you slowly adapt to people mindset n nt making decision on ur own,problems are solved.Nw i just hv to thank my greenhulk for tht 3 wonderful days had wth them.I can't wait for the reunion.See u soon.Love Green Hulk.
